From the first contact I’ve made with Garrity, the experience has been great. I called to discuss adding a Reverse Osmosis system to my home, and the office listened to my concerns and put me in touch with Bob, who patiently walked me through the process of having the R/O system installed. He’s addressed all of my follow up questions in a timely and friendly manner and has been communicative in keeping me up to date on appointment scheduling. He’s been absolutely wonderful to work with and I intend to work with him again on planning to drill a new well. The installation was completed by Cody, who was really fantastic! He was respectful of my home, was thorough in doing the installation and installed the unit under my sink so as to make it easy for me to access and clean around the holding tank. He also gave me helpful information for maintaining the system. He’s absolutely delightful and also knowledgable, and also answered my many questions with kindness and patience. I will be sure to request Cody when my water softener and RO systems need maintenance. Great guy, great technician. In short, great experience all-around and Bob and Cody are great ambassadors for E.Garrity.

We have used E Garrity on several occasions and cannot recommend them enough. These guys truly care about their customers and have even repaired our pump in the middle of a torrential thunderstorm to restore our water (to no fault of theirs). They come within an hour for an emergency call and truly know their craft. We have also had them replace our twenty year old pump several years ago… that was no easy feat and these guys did it in scorching weather. Call them!

We were new homeowners who never had used a well before. Evan came over to inspect the water and the well and took the time to very thoroughly explain how the well works and how to care for the well! They also keep up the maintenance schedule for us and call us when it’s time for them to visit. One morning we woke up without water and Evan and Ken came over so quickly to resolve our issue! Would definitely recommend! (They even get bonus points for not being afraid of my German Shepherd who wouldn’t stop barking at them).
